En el primer disco de Cocorosie que escuché, había un tema llamado "Beutiful Boyz" que me encantaba, una de las mezclas más extrañas (de voces) que había escuchado.
El se llama Antony Hegarty y tiene una voz increíble. Este es su disco Swanlights, no conozco los demás discos aún pero apenas los escuche subo otro porque vale la pena compartirlo.

Linda Perhacs - "Parallelograms" (1970)

Hay gente que sabe apreciar el estado de tristeza, sin etiquetarlo como algo vacío y negativo. Este disco es de lo más solemne que he escuchado. La playa llena de sombrillas con esta banda de fondo es de otro mundo.
Lunda Perhacs grabó este disco en 1970 y la moda lo-fi lo reeditó en 2005, en aquel momento dicen que nadie le dio bola. Sacó un par de discos más a partir de 2007, pero lejísimos de esta belleza.

"Chimacum Rain" con cariño para el queridísimo Pescado Muerto.

Beach Fossils - "Beach Fossils" (2010)

Tremendo disco.
Deberían existir fiestas donde se baile esta música.
Los Beach Fossils entran en un lugar de mi cerebro muy bailable. Con "Vacation" y "Twelve Roses" tiro unos pasos que te querés morir.
En todas las reseñas que he visto dice que tienen una onda surfer (se llaman "fósiles de la playa" y son de Brooklyn), pero eso dicen de todas las bandas que usan guitarras y voces con reverb.

White Lies - "To lose my life" (2009)

Otra de bailar. Muy buena para acompañar momentos no importantes y cotidianos.
Repite la fórmula ochentosa vendible demasiado, asique en el quinto tema por ahi quizá te aburre. No son nada wooow, pero saben acompañar con alta fidelidad el verano, y tienen una onda bárbara.

"Death" el primer tema, es garantía.
